The Complete Ketogenic Diet for Beginners: Your Essential Guide to Living the Keto Lifestyle.
This book is much more than just a simple cookbook. It really is a primer on the Keto lifestyle in general. The book is split into 3 parts: The Ketogenic Lifestyle, the 14-Day Meal Plan, and the recipes.
One of my favorite things about the 2-week meal plan is that it comes with a shopping list for each week. If you are new to the keto diet and are still trying to get a grasp on things, this is the book for you.
The 30-day Ketogenic Cleanse: Reset Your Metabolism With 160 Tasty Whole-food Recipes & Meal Plans.
Although this book is a cleanse, it is not the typical cleanse you are probably used to. This is full of whole food recipes to try and get your keto diet back on track. Each meal plan comes with corresponding shopping lists and all the recipes are dairy and nut free as well as a primer on how to maintain ketosis after you have completed the cleanse.

If you have never used the Instant Pot before, do yourself a favor and get one. This book is a great solution for those who want those delicious, time consuming meals, but don’t have time to spend hours in the kitchen. The recipes are easy to follow and the book has all different types of dishes (entrees, sides, desserts, etc.)
The Ketogenic Cookbook: Nutritious Low-carb, High-fat Paleo Meals to Heal Your Body.
This book was co-created by one of my favorite keto experts, Jimmy Moore. One of my favorite things about this cookbook is that it contains many dishes that you are used to eating but recreated to fit the ketogenic diet. It really helps to not feel like there are foods that you cannot eat on keto, but instead just need to be changed a small amount to meet the keto criteria.
